Egg Casserole

My mom made this for us in Florida and it is by far my favorite . . . .

6-8 eggs
1 cup milk
6 peices of bread cut into 1 inch squares
1 pound of bacon cooked and crumbled
2 cups cheese of choice (I use sharp cheddar)
1 tsp pepper


Place bread in 9x12 casserole dish. Mix together reminaing ingrediants and pour over top of bread. Dish must sit in fridge overnight. All liquid will be soaked in by morning. Cook on 350 for 1 hour next morning. Mmmmmm!

I sometimes do this in the morning and cook at night for supper.
