Our standard "carry in" dish . . . one that is requested and devoured . . . everytime.
Roll whole water chestnuts in 1/3 strip of bacon. Place in pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. I usually start with a large turkey pan because I move them out of the grease after the first baking.
While baking, mix 2 cups ketchup and 1 c packed brown sugar and about tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Cook on stove top in sauce pan until mixed and warm.
Place toothpicks in each piece of Rumaki and move to another baking dish. I use a glass 9x12 pyrex dish. Pour the sauce over the Rumaki and bake for another 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can do the first stage the night before and do the final baking before your event.
You can also do pineapple in the bacon alone or along with the water chestnuts. Mmmmmm.
