Stuffed Peppers . . .

1 lb hamburger
1 cup cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
2 T chopped onions
1 t salt
1/2 t garlic salt

Fry hamburger with onion and drain
add rice, garlic and salt and heat through
Stuff into hollowed peppers and sauce over peppers

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
